1. Program Description

Jaya Accounting & Consulting Services ("JAYA ACS," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS messaging program to send appointment reminders and service notifications to clients who have opted in. Messages are sent on a one-to-one basis by a designated staff member and are not automated marketing messages.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our booking page or intake form, you expressly consent to receive text messages from JAYA ACS at the number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

3. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of messages:

Appointment confirmation texts
Appointment reminder texts (sent before your scheduled appointment)
Follow-up or rescheduling notifications
Responses to your direct inquiries via text

We do not send marketing, promotional, or bulk messages through this program.

4. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule. You can generally expect no more than 2–3 messages per scheduled appointment (confirmation, reminder, and any follow-up).

5. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. JAYA ACS is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

8. Data Sharing

Your mobile phone number and messaging data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be shared only as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

JAYA ACS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
